A few things about how our commission-based salon operates:

We don't take a product fee out before commission is split-While it's not illegal, we think it's unethical-those fees are our burden, not yours!
If you don't have clients, you aren't required to stay at work-Feel free to run errands or go home for lunch!
Full support when sick-If you aren't feeling well, we will move your clients! You don't have to stress about it and get to rest instead of contacting everyone.
Our management staff are licensed cosmetologists-Our owner still works behind the chair and our manager has in the past and still maintains her license. No one knows this industry better than the ones who have worked in it!
Full access to your schedule and client information-We don't look at clients as property. You worked hard to gain their trust and respect.
