Before your visit~

        Once you have booked your appointment you will receive an email with some questions to better guide us toward what you are hoping to achieve. You can also fill the form out here.

Location~

        We are located at 107-E Mall Dr in Normal. We are in the same building as KBL Design, Verizon, and Jill Young, DMD. We are very close to Target and Von Maur.

 

Parking~

       Feel free to park anywhere in our large, flat parking lot!

 

Once you are here~

       Please wear a mask that goes behind the ears and come inside. We ask that you use the hand sanitizer provided at the front door upon entering. While we love making your visit as comfortable as possible with drinks and magazines, we have suspended those offerings due to the COVID restrictions. 

Children~

     While we understand that scheduling appointments as parents can be hard, children are not permitted in the salon unless receiving a service. Many of our guests use their salon time to relax and enjoy their service, and it is hard to achieve with children around. We ask that you reschedule your appointment if childcare is an issue. If you are receiving a lengthy color service and have scheduled your child's cut while you are processing we ask that another family member bring them so they are only in the salon for the duration of their service.

Cancellation policy~

       Your appointments are very important to the Magnolia Salon team. They are reserved especially for you!! We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We ask that you give us ample time to fill your scheduled appointment slot if you need to reschedule. Canceling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. A no call/no show will result in a charge of 100% of the missed appointment and not being able to book any future appointments. Frequent cancelations will result in requiring a deposit for booking future appointments. Than you for your understanding.

Automated reminders~

      Our system is set up to automatically send out text or e-mail reminders, however they occasionally don't go out. Please don't rely on them and be mindful of your upcoming appointments. We appreciate you and your time, and thank you for doing the same.

Pricing~

     Service prices vary on desired result. Some looks may require multiple appointments to

achieve the desired outcome. If pricing is a concern, please discuss it with your stylist prior to performed service to determine if your desired look is achievable within your budget.

Refunds and Returns~

     While we don't offer any refunds on salon or spa services, we stand behind our work and want to ensure you are 100% happy with the service you receive. If you feel that something isn't right after washing and styling it yourself at home, we will gladly welcome you back into the salon within 7 days of your original appointment to work with you on achieving the desired look. We offer exchanges or store credit on any products or boutique items within 14 days of purchase.
